The gallon of milk challenge

When I first met Zach Schumacher, I happened to mention a challenge that a housemate and myself had once set each other. It was to drink two pints of ice-cold milk straight out of the fridge without stopping. After 2 days preperation he announced that he was ready and delivered an incredible performance, drinking both pints in under a minute. See the incredible video here:

That was 2003. A year later and we met again, but this time the stakes were higher. Encouraged by his relatively easy victory over the UK two pint challenge, Zach was ready for the legendary US gallon of milk in one hour challenge. See the image below to watch the highlights...

I have seen the new website and am very impressed. I am proud to be on your site, yet at the same time I cannot view it for long before I am overwhelmed by the shame of my defeat that night. Just looking at those pictures fuels me with the burning impatience of an international contender waiting his next opportunity to be lead into battle with that evil bastard known as the US Gallon. Seeing those pictures, I am reminded of everything I should have done differently to be champion that night. There will no doubt be ANOTHER REMATCH. You have my word on that. The training begins today.

Thankyou so much Jonah. I can't tell you what a sense of approbation one experiences as a parent in seeing one of your very own attain this level of achievment and notoriety - and at such a tender age.

Anyone who tries this contest is pretty damn manly in my book. We have had a few contest, and we actually had some people finish, check them out at:
